Acceptable use policy
Jalpa must be used lawfully and fairly: no harmful content, no abuse of the service and no misleading visitors.

Customers must not
- Load content they do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, hateful or harmful.
- Use an avatar or voice to impersonate a real person without their written permission.
- Hide from visitors that they are talking to an AI.
- Collect visitors’ personal information without telling them why.
Nobody may
- Try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.
- Try to read another customer’s data.
- Use the assistant to send spam or to harass anyone.
What we do
Smartfiz may pause an assistant that breaks this policy. Report misuse through our contact page.
