Smartfiz collects only what it needs to run Jalpa and to reply to you, keeps it in Australia, and never uses it to train AI models.

Who we are
Jalpa is a product of Smartfiz Pty Ltd (ABN 12 703 439 918), called Smartfiz in this policy. This policy covers the jalpa.ai website and the Jalpa assistant.
What we collect on this website
When you use the contact form we keep your name, email, optional phone and organisation, your message and your consent, so we can reply. We do not sell it.
Analytics, only with your consent
If you choose Accept in the cookie banner, this website loads Google Tag Manager, which runs Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, device and approximate location) and Microsoft Clarity (how pages are used, with form fields and typed text masked). If you choose Essential only, none of these load. You can change your choice with Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. We do not send names, emails or chat text to these tools.
The Jalpa assistant on customer websites
When you chat with a Jalpa assistant on a customer’s website, Smartfiz handles that chat for the customer. Chats are kept for a set number of days and then deleted. No voice recordings are kept. There are no analytics or advertising tools inside the assistant.
Where data is kept
All data is stored and processed in Microsoft Azure Australia East.
