Where your data is

Your documents, the chats with your visitors and the leads they leave are stored and processed in Azure Australia East. They do not leave Australia.

Kept apart from other customers

Every document, chat and setting belongs to one customer. The server decides which customer a request is for, never the browser, so one customer cannot read another’s data.

Only on your websites

The assistant appears only on the websites you list. Visitor sessions are short-lived and rate limited to stop abuse.

What visitors are told

Visitors are told they are talking to an AI. The microphone is used only when they press Speak, and no voice recordings are kept. Leads are collected only with the visitor’s consent.

No tracking inside the assistant

There are no analytics or advertising tools inside the assistant on your website. Your visitors are yours.

Answers from your content only

Jalpa answers only from your own website and documents. When it does not know, it says so and offers a person.

Where is Jalpa hosted?

In Microsoft Azure Australia East, including the AI model. Your data stays in Australia.

Is our content used to train AI?

No. Your documents, chats and leads are never used to train AI models.

Can other customers see our data?

No. Each customer’s documents, chats and settings are kept apart, and the server enforces it on every request.
