Pricing questions
What is included in the monthly price?
Hosting in Australia, the 3D avatar with an Australian voice, answers from your website and documents, lead collection, the customer portal and support. Each plan includes a monthly number of chats, voice minutes and documents.
Is there a set-up fee?
Yes, a one-off set-up fee. Smartfiz sets Jalpa up for you. It is higher if you want a custom avatar made for your brand.
What happens if we use more than the plan includes?
Your usage and monthly limits are shown in your portal at all times, so there are no surprise bills. Talk to us about moving to Plus.
