An AI assistant for government websites
Jalpa gives residents plain answers from your public website and documents, by voice and text, with all data kept in Azure Australia East.
Last updated 6 Nov 2026
What your visitors can ask
- How do I apply for a permit?
- When is bin collection?
- What are the opening hours?
- Where do I find this form?
How it works
Smartfiz sets Jalpa up with your website and documents. A 3D avatar with an Australian voice answers on your site by voice and text, only from that content. When it does not know, it says so and offers a short form, and the lead arrives in your portal with the visitor’s consent.
