An AI assistant for health service websites
Jalpa answers patients’ everyday questions about your services, opening hours, locations and forms, using only your own website and documents. It does not give medical advice.
Last updated 6 Nov 2026
What your visitors can ask
- What are your opening hours?
- Do you bulk bill?
- Which services do you offer?
- Where do I find the new patient form?
How it works
Smartfiz sets Jalpa up with your website and documents. A 3D avatar with an Australian voice answers on your site by voice and text, only from that content. When it does not know, it says so and offers a short form, and the lead arrives in your portal with the visitor’s consent.
